About the Role

As a Delivery & Solution Architect for SAP (IS-U) in the Oil & Gas industry, you will serve as a senior transformation leader responsible for the end-to-end solution architecture and delivery execution of complex SAP programs. This role sits at the intersection of deep SAP technical expertise and profound industry knowledge, designed to govern and deliver scalable, resilient solutions for asset-intensive, regulated, and operationally complex environments.

Operating as both a Solution Architect and Delivery Leader, you will guide SAP programs from initial solutioning through execution, ensuring they meet critical regulatory, operational, and business objectives specific to Utilities and Oil & Gas organizations. You will own the design of end-to-end SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA and industry-specific solutions, translating complex business and regulatory requirements into cohesive architectures. Your work will define system structures, interfaces, and solution principles that guide enterprise architecture while ensuring long-term business strategy and operational reliability.

In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor to Director-level stakeholders, leading solution blueprinting and program strategy across the full delivery lifecycle. You will champion Capgemini's delivery methods and execution excellence, ensuring capabilities align with market demand. A key part of your day involves leading end-to-end solutioning and proposal responses for significant pursuits, mobilizing cross-functional teams to resolve complexity and drive value-driven business cases.
