About the Role
This position serves as a pivotal leader within our Standard Operations team, tasked with supervising a high-performing group across multiple functions, facilities, or commodities. The role exists to drive the efficient and cost-effective use of resources while ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations. You will be the face of our safety culture, actively partnering with Safety Consultants to create a sustainable environment where accountability is real-time and visible.
In this role, you will not only manage crew effectiveness and productivity but also serve as a bridge between operational goals and corporate strategy. Your day will involve maintaining a continuous presence in the work environment to remove barriers, ensuring the right skills are in place to meet financial and customer objectives, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating company strategies into actionable plans for your team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that every aspect of our operations aligns with regulatory standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- verifiedFive or more years in design, construction, operations, engineering or maintenance of utility systems/power generation plants or related industries/fields or equivalent
- verifiedAssociates or technical degree preferred
- verifiedDemonstrated technical expertise in specific functional area including standards, procedures, and applicable government/environmental regulations
- verifiedOperational knowledge of work and asset management and analytical/reporting applications
- verifiedThree years of supervisory experience preferred
- verifiedSAP experience preferred
- verifiedCompletion of an approved apprentice program in an appropriately related craft preferred
- verifiedDemonstrated understanding of utility finance preferred
- verifiedDemonstrated experience working as or with bargaining unit employees preferred
