As a Sandwich Maker, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen and front-of-house operations. You will prepare and assemble sandwiches and salads according to our specific recipes and guidelines while ensuring food safety protocols are strictly followed. This role requires a blend of culinary precision and customer service excellence; you will greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and assist them with our mobile app for points or purchase questions.
You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced cafe setting where flexibility is key. Whether you are operating deli slicers and conveyor ovens, handling cash transactions, or bussing tables, your goal is to maintain a clean, organized workspace and provide friendly service. We value team players who can multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining a positive attitude.
We believe in a fun, clean work environment. At Snarf's, you won't be mopping floors or scrubbing bathrooms, and you won't need to wear a uniform (within reason and safety guidelines). We offer free employee meals during scheduled shifts and tips that average $6+ an hour.
We are passionate about internal growth. We love promoting from within and are always looking for Shift Supervisors and potential managers. Compensation is based on experience, and we offer health reimbursement, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days of employment.
