Warehouse Operations is the backbone of our supply chain, managing the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt to final shipment for internal and external customers. Our team members are responsible for the receipt, storage, and fulfillment of orders, ensuring that our customers receive the products they need to care for their patients. No matter what you do at Cardinal Health, you make a difference; your work directly enables our customers to access essential supplies.
This position offers a unique, flexible work model designed to fit your life. You will receive notifications on your phone regarding shifts, work news, and events, allowing you to choose your schedule based on available shifts. The role operates on a "Flex Schedule" basis, requiring availability on Thursday nights from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (or until the shift is finished). For the remainder of the week, you decide how many hours to work, ranging from 8 to 29 hours weekly, with no need to ask for days off.
We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, you could be a great fit for our team. All necessary training is provided starting your first day, including certification to drive material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application as soon as possible. The application window is anticipated to close on May 11, 2026.
