About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Your day will involve maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. You will engage with customers to offer trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
In this role, you will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. You will recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Additionally, you will utilize diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions, staying up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years old. The role requires the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, along with a flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. While basic knowledge of automotive parts, previous experience in automotive retail, and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are preferred, the primary focus is on a commitment to delivering WOW! Customer Service.
