About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional service by exceeding customer expectations and making a real difference in their day. Your day-to-day involves maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and providing expert advice to enhance their shopping experience. You will engage with customers to offer trustworthy automotive advice, ensuring positive interactions through clear, professional communication.

You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities. From recommending products and promotions to contributing to sales goals, you will help drive store performance. Additionally, you will utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently, follow safety policies, and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.

Hiring Process

To join our team, applicants must be at least 16 years old and possess the physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. We offer a flexible schedule that includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. While basic knowledge of automotive parts, previous experience in automotive retail, and ASE Certification are preferred, we welcome candidates with strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
