About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Your day-to-day involves maintaining well-stocked inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and providing expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. You will engage with customers to offer trustworthy automotive advice, recommend products and services to meet their needs, and utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions. Beyond customer interaction, you will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, ensuring operations run smoothly through effective inventory management and adherence to safety policies.

Requirements
