We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Salon Manager to lead our stylists and ensure the success of both the team and the salon. In this role, you will not only manage the team but also contribute by performing salon services. Your day-to-day will involve recruiting and training stylists, marketing the salon to build clientele, and encouraging customer retention. You will be the driving force behind creating a work environment that fosters employee growth and success.
