About the Role

This hybrid position is designed for a Physical Therapist to bridge the gap between in-clinic care and digital health innovation. Based in Tampa, FL, you will split your time between our clinic (3 days) and remote work (2 days) as a Digital Health Specialist. In this capacity, you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.

You will play an active role in the development of our digital health program, helping to optimize and grow remote services. Your day-to-day involves delivering telehealth visits, performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, and objectively measuring patient outcomes using cutting-edge software. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, you will make a powerful impact on our local community by providing inclusive physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be located in Tampa, FL, and be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a CAPTE-approved degree and a Florida Physical Therapy state license (or in process). Please note that fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this position.
