About the Role
As a Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by providing digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. This role serves as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers while actively participating in the development of our digital health program.
You will use our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, performing evaluations, assessments, and treatment plan development. A key component of your day involves conducting wheelchair evaluations for patients and managing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and monitoring. You will work closely with operations to meet patient care and staffing needs, communicating with primary treating clinicians to revise treatment plans as appropriate. Additionally, you will help develop regional strategies for the growth and implementation of digital services, serving as a bridge between providers and the Director of Digital Health to optimize remote offerings.
This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week, 5 days/week). Candidates must be located in a compact state or be eligible for a Compact PT License and be willing to obtain PT licensure in other states as needed.

Requirements
