About the Role

As a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between traditional in-clinic care and modern digital solutions. This hybrid role is designed for a clinician located in Tampa, FL, who is willing to work 3 days in person at our Tampa clinic and 2 days remotely.

In this position, you will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Your day-to-day involves efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments while leveraging our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, including assessments and treatment plan development. Additionally, you will perform Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, engaging in interactive communication to monitor patient progress.

Beyond direct patient care, you will actively participate in the development of our digital health program. You will work closely with operations to meet staffing needs, communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians, and maintain regular reporting on regional service metrics. You will also contribute to marketing efforts and program growth as directed by the Director of Digital Health.

Hiring Process & Application

To be considered for this full-time, hybrid position (40 hours/week), candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish. We are looking for individuals dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care who are also willing to obtain Physical Therapy licensure in other states as needed.
