As a Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed for a licensed Physical Therapist who thrives in a dynamic environment, splitting their time between our clinic and remote work.
In this position, you serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Your day-to-day involves delivering telehealth visits, performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, and engaging in interactive communication to ensure high-quality care. You will also play an active role in the development of our digital health program, working closely with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services while supporting operations to meet patient care needs.
