About the Role
As a Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed to provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
You will participate in the development of our digital health program, utilizing EMR automations and AI-powered tools to save time and enhance patient outcomes. Your day will involve delivering telehealth visits for a diverse patient population, objectively measuring progress with cutting-edge software, and collaborating with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a license in a compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a dedication to providing exceptional quality of care.
