As a Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed to provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
You will participate in the development of the digital health program, working closely with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. Your day-to-day involves delivering telehealth visits, performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, and using cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes. You will develop personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population and efficiently document evaluations and treatments using EMR automations and AI-powered tools.
Candidates must be licensed in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a current Physical Therapy state license (or one in process). Digital or telehealth experience is preferred.
