We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, bridging the gap between traditional care and modern digital solutions. The role involves working three days in person at a CORA clinic and two days remotely, delivering digital health services that include virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring.
In this capacity, you will participate in the development of the digital health program, ensuring it meets patient care and staffing needs. You will utilize cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes. Your work will directly impact the local community by delivering inclusive physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
Candidates must be board-licensed Physical Therapists with experience in the outpatient setting. The role requires a willingness to obtain licensure in other states as the program grows.
