CORA Physical Therapy is a community built on the passion and experience of clinicians who embrace a commitment to Treating Everyone Right. We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position serves as a bridge between in-clinic care and the digital health landscape. As a Digital Health Specialist, you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while participating in the development of our digital health program. You will act as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, ensuring a seamless experience for a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
In this role, you will make a powerful impact on the local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care, objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes. A key part of your day involves using our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, including assessments and treatment plan development, as well as performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services with interactive communication.
You will work closely with operations to meet patient care and staffing needs, communicating with primary treating clinicians to revise treatment plans as appropriate. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between providers and the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services, maintain regular reporting on regional service metrics, and participate in program development and marketing efforts.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. You will work 3 days in person at our CORA Tampa clinic location and 2 days remotely. Candidates must be willing to obtain Physical Therapy licensure in other states and must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
CORA Physical Therapy is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
