About the Role

This hybrid position serves as a bridge between traditional in-clinic care and the future of digital health. As a Digital Health Specialist, you will work 3 days in person at our Tampa clinic and 2 days remotely, delivering virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. You will act as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, participating in the development of our digital health program to optimize and grow remote services.

You will make a powerful impact on the local community by delivering inclusive physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Your day will involve developing personalized plans of care, objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments. A key part of your role is utilizing our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, including assessments and treatment plan development, while performing interactive communication and monitoring for Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.

Candidates must be located in Tampa, FL, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. The role requires a dedication to providing exceptional quality of care and the willingness to obtain PT licensure in other states as needed.
