About the Role
The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) serves as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, delivering digital health services including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. In this PRN position, you will participate in the development of the digital health program, utilizing a digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, assessments, and treatment plan development.
You will perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, engaging in interactive communication and monitoring while working closely with operations to meet patient care and staffing needs. Your role involves communicating with primary treating clinicians to revise treatment plans as appropriate, maintaining regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics, and contributing to program development and marketing efforts. You will also help develop regional strategies for the growth and implementation of digital services.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a Physical Therapist License and be located in a compact state or be Compact PT License-eligible. Willingness to obtain PT licensure in other states is required. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and experience providing Digital Health Services are preferred.
