About the Role
As a Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed for a licensed Physical Therapist who thrives in a dynamic environment, splitting their time between our clinic and remote work. You will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
In this position, you will participate in the development of our digital health program, delivering virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. Your day-to-day involves developing personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, objectively measuring outcomes with cutting-edge software, and utilizing digital platforms to conduct telehealth evaluations and treatments. You will work closely with operations to meet patient care needs and collaborate with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow our remote services.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold a license in a compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as the program expands. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a dedication to providing exceptional quality of care.
