About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist. You will split your time working three days in person at our CORA PT Rincon clinic and two days remotely. In this capacity, you will serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers while participating in the development of our digital health program.
You will make a powerful impact on the local community by delivering inclusive physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Your day-to-day involves developing and delivering personalized plans of care, objectively measuring patient outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments. A key component of this role is utilizing our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits, including assessments and treatment plan development, as well as performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.
Beyond direct patient care, you will work closely with operations to meet staffing needs, communicate revisions to primary treating clinicians, and maintain regular reporting on regional service metrics. You will also participate in program development and marketing efforts directed by the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow our remote services.
Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, hybrid role (40 hours/week, 5 days/week). Candidates must be located in Rincon, GA, or within driving distance of the clinic.
