About the Role
We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our Herndon team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, servicing an existing portfolio of 2,000 business clients while simultaneously developing new relationships through referrals and leads. Your primary mission is to lead a team to execute these tasks effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and business growth.
As you grow within the company, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, train new team members, and work towards advancement into an Agency Director role. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for relationship-building and community engagement who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Hiring Process
