About the Role
We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team in Seligman, MO. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an existing portfolio of 2,000 business clients while simultaneously developing new B2B relationships through referrals and leads. Beyond managing these accounts, you will lead a team to execute these tasks effectively, creating a dynamic environment where you can hone your leadership skills.
This role is designed for growth. As you succeed in managing client relationships and guiding your team, you will train new members and work towards advancement into an Agency Director role. You will be responsible for supervising team performance, mentoring incoming staff on company systems, and tracking daily field activity to ensure operational excellence.
Hiring Process
