This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire W2 field sales role focused on Business Development for a client targeting small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will sell Clover, an industry-leading cloud-based point-of-sale platform used by over 700,000 merchants, to SMBs within your assigned territory. The role involves managing a territory with dozens of branches from established corporate partner banks, building relationships with business bankers to generate referrals, and self-sourcing new opportunities to supplement pipelines.
As a self-starter, you will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, conducting on-site product demos, and closing deals in person. The position is quota-carrying with short sales cycles that typically yield multiple deals per month. You will be accountable for territory performance, turning around underperforming accounts, and building lasting client and partner relationships. The compensation package includes a base salary, full benefits, uncapped commission (including a guaranteed non-recoverable draw for the first 12 months), and residuals.
