The Sales Representative position is a field-based opportunity designed to fuel our company's growth by supporting America's food distribution system. You will oversee a broad array of existing independent convenience store customers, driving sales through our varied food service and convenience programs.
This role is more than just maintaining accounts; it is a thrilling journey of building success stories and enhancing profitability store by store. You will be responsible for tapping into new customers, forging strong business relationships, and executing a customized sales approach for each client. Your compensation will directly reflect these achievements, with opportunities to earn uncapped commissions on every order rather than just one-time deals. This creates a steady stream of income from day one, supported by territories with active, loyal customers.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, educating customers on new product promotions, marketing policies, and industry activities. You will work independently with little direction, managing a local territory that stretches approximately a 90-mile radius, with potential travel to Indianapolis for sales meetings.
