About the Role

The Sales Representative position offers an exciting chance to fuel our company's growth. You will oversee a broad array of existing independent convenience store customers, driving sales through our varied foodservice and convenience programs. Your role extends beyond maintaining existing customers; it involves tapping into new customers and forging strong business relationships.

This role is a thrilling journey of building success stories and enhancing profitability store by store. You will blend charisma, innovation, and customer engagement with a keen understanding of the competitive market. As a standout candidate, you will be expected to reach and exceed expectations, directly reflecting your achievements in your compensation.

Day in the Life

You will spend your days driving to customer locations across your assigned sales territory, which requires 80% local travel. Your schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. You will educate customers on convenience and foodservice programs, new product promotions, and marketing policies. By reviewing reports with store managers and monitoring accounts for compliance, you will ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and maintain competitive pricing within your territory.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will undergo a training period where they will earn a competitive salary. Upon completion of training, representatives will transition to a commission and subsidy model until they scale their territory to 100% commission.
