Our Post-Acute Care Division delivers top-quality products to providers across the Long-Term Care and Homecare industries. As the main interface for many commonly used healthcare products and services, we enable customers to care for their patients and residents in Nursing Home Facilities, Home Health & Hospice Agencies, and HME Providers. Our partnership with customers and clinical leaders allows us to deliver a robust product portfolio and patient-centric care solutions. Throughout Medline, we prioritize our customers and employees, solve problems quickly, and constantly seek new ways to grow. We make healthcare run better.
As a Post-Acute Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary link between Medline and the post-acute care market. This role is designed for a self-starter who takes ownership of their territory, growing it like their own business. You will call on long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers, selling clinical and operational solutions to decision-makers ranging from owners to senior clinical officers and purchasing managers.
Your day will involve developing meaningful relationships with new customers while deepening connections with existing ones. You will present new products and initiatives, educate customers on current industry trends and regulations, and prepare bids to negotiate contracts. Success in this fully commissioned role requires a background in cold calling and full-cycle sales, with the ability to navigate complex sales strategies across multiple levels of an organization. You will travel 90% of each day to interact with healthcare providers on-site, driving your own vehicle to deliver tangible product sales and demonstrable growth.
We are looking for immediate candidates to join our team. Qualified applicants will be evaluated based on their background in commissioned, tangible product sales and their track record of quota attainment. The interview process focuses on identifying individuals who can effectively sell to different levels within a customer organization and build consensus for complex solutions.
We're dedicated to creating a Medline where everyone feels they belong and can grow their career. We strive to do this by seeking diversity in all forms, acting inclusively, and ensuring that people have tools and resources to perform at their best.
