About the Role

We have an immediate opening for a Post-Acute Sales Rep covering the greater Cleveland area. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the post-acute care market, selling clinical and operational solutions to decision-makers ranging from owners to senior clinical officers and purchasing managers. You will manage a territory with the ownership of growing it like your own business, developing meaningful relationships with new customers while deepening connections with existing ones. Your day-to-day involves cold calling, prospecting, presenting new products and initiatives, and educating customers on current industry trends and regulations. Success in this position requires taking the lead on preparing bids, negotiating contracts, and building consensus across multiple levels of a customer organization.

Hiring Process

Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to demonstrate a background in commissioned, full-cycle sales with a proven track record of quota attainment and sales growth. The role requires the ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day to interact with healthcare providers on site.
