We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Operations Specialist to serve as the frontline voice in key Los Angeles neighborhoods, including Central LA and Silicon Beach (Santa Monica to Playa Vista). This role exists to bridge the gap between our platform and local talent, focusing on lead generation, conducting in-person sales pitches, and initiating onboarding processes with key services hosts in LA.
You will be the face of the brand in the community, engaging in persuasive conversations to showcase our offerings and converting interest into host submissions. Beyond sales, you will partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the initial onboarding of new hosts, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped for success. Your work will directly inform our sales strategies by gathering valuable insights from potential hosts and the local community.
