A key component of your day-to-day involves leading the Sales On-Call Rotation, ensuring 24/7 responsiveness and accuracy during critical power events and urgent customer needs. You will also foster a culture of growth, teaching your team how to overcome "we've always done it this way" objections to secure repeat business and territory expansion.
