Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Senior Manager, Capture Management (LED) to support the Launch and Exploration Capture Director team. While this position is preferably based in Chandler, AZ, candidates from our VA, CO, or UT campuses are also being considered.
In this key leadership role, you will drive the strategic capture efforts for the Launch and Exploration Division (LED) within the Space Systems sector. As part of the LED Business Development team, you'll play a direct role in achieving both near- and long-term growth objectives. Reporting to the Director Capture Excellence, Space Systems, you will work closely with leadership across levels and business functions to manage large capture opportunities, from customer engagement and strategy formulation to international capture, resource planning, and acquisition processes.
