The role serves as the bridge between the company's culture and its customers, requiring you to be both the face of Furniture Fair to partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Your Journey
Your career begins with a comprehensive 12-week training period focused on mastering our systems, culture, best practices, vendors, and selling techniques. Following this foundation, you will spend the next 90-180 days based out of one of our neighborhood showrooms. During this time, you will learn all aspects of the job responsibilities, eventually gaining the knowledge and skills needed to manage and lead your own team while cultivating new business.
