About the Role

The Sales Manager serves as the primary representative for Arrowhead Systems, tasked with attaining established sales quotas for all products and services. This role is designed for a self-starter who can operate with significant independence, receiving general guidance on objectives while utilizing independent judgment to achieve them. You will be responsible for developing contacts, fostering business relationships, and representing the company to prospective clients.

In this position, you will partner with operational leadership to craft sales plans for identified accounts. Your day-to-day involves initiating cost-effective sales calls and visits, managing contract negotiations, and maintaining a deep knowledge of company products to highlight how they solve specific customer needs. You will also play a key role in identifying industry trends to recommend marketing strategies and ensuring all activities align with company initiatives and compensation guidelines.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in analyzing business data, presenting information to groups of managers and clients, and utilizing CRM databases for accurate forecasting. The role requires a balance of administrative precision and the ability to work independently within division policy guidelines.
