About the Role

As a Brand & Supplier Leader, you will serve as the primary representative for assigned brand portfolios, acting as the vital bridge between our suppliers, internal sales teams, and operations. This role exists to drive brand growth and ensure flawless marketplace execution. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, utilizing data and insight to guide brand strategy and identify opportunities for expansion.

Your day will involve collaborating closely with Distribution Sales Managers and leadership to execute monthly and annual objectives. You will spend significant time in the field supporting ride-alongs, crew drives, and trade audits to strengthen retail execution and brand visibility. Beyond the field, you will manage forecasting, inventory levels, and quality standards, ensuring product freshness and adherence to brand integrity. You will also play a key role in training sales teams on supplier programs and communicating complex performance insights to leadership and suppliers.
