About the Role

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused New Business Development Representative - Bulk to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this pivotal role, you will act as a growth engine, identifying new opportunities and building lasting partnerships across industrial, medical, and business sectors.

Under the mentorship of industry professionals, you will master the art of the "close" while representing a company that deeply values diversity and professional integrity. You will serve as the face of Airgas, presenting products to clients, tailoring sales presentations to meet specific needs, and collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions. Your day-to-day will involve conducting thorough research to generate leads, planning work schedules to prospect and qualify new partners, and maintaining clear communication lines to ensure a supportive transition for new customers.
