About the Role

As an Insurance Agent/Producer, you will be the face of the Hoosier Hills Insurance Agency, dedicated to helping members find the right insurance products to meet their unique needs. This is a dynamic, sales-focused position where you will manage member inquiries both in person and via phone, while frequently traveling to the field to meet potential clients and promote our offerings.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, assessing member needs, providing accurate quotes, and offering personalized advice on property, casualty, life, and health insurance. Beyond immediate coverage needs, you will play a key role in cross-selling other Credit Union products, ensuring members receive a comprehensive financial solution. Your efforts will directly contribute to building long-term relationships and ensuring our members have the coverage they need to protect what matters most.

While your home base is in Jasper, this role requires frequent travel throughout our service area to best serve members and insureds. You will work within a supportive environment that values your contributions and actively supports your professional growth in the insurance and financial services industry.
