About the Role
As an Insurance Agent/Producer, you will be the face of the Hoosier Hills Insurance Agency, dedicated to helping members find the right insurance products to meet their unique needs. This is a dynamic, sales-focused role that blends in-office member interaction with frequent field work. You will manage inquiries both in person and via phone, offering personalized advice and accurate quotes to ensure members make informed decisions.
Your day will involve assessing member needs, explaining the best insurance options, and resolving any outstanding issues. Beyond direct service, you will actively engage in sales calls to meet potential clients, build relationships, and expand our client base. A key part of your success will be identifying opportunities to cross-sell other Credit Union products, ensuring a holistic approach to our members' financial well-being.
While your home base is in Jasper, this position requires travel throughout our service area to best serve members and insureds. You will work within a supportive environment that values your contributions and encourages your professional growth in the insurance and financial services industry.
