The Sales Lead role exists to support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our values and guiding principles drive all store operations. This position is about fostering a high-performance environment that balances great customer experience with maximum profitability.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the floor. You will model and teach our "Most Amazing Personal Service" (MAPS) principles, ensuring every customer receives a cohesive omni-channel experience. Your day will involve building solid customer followings through clienteling and wardrobing, while ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns. You will also drive results by establishing clear expectations, holding the team accountable for performance standards, and motivating associates to meet sales and productivity goals.
Beyond sales, you will cultivate a high-performing team by training and coaching associates on product knowledge, operational duties, and selling techniques. You will foster an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and recognize outstanding performance to drive engagement. As a leader, you will also support talent development by interpreting performance reports and providing feedback to the Store Manager.
