As a Sales Associate, you will support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations. Your role is to ensure a great customer experience and contribute to maximum profitability.
You will model and promote our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience. From ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns to building a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing, you will be the face of our brand. You will also reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and help clients sign up for our reward program.
Operational excellence is key to your day-to-day. You will support replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant, assist with visual directives like floor sets and window changes, and maintain boutique cleanliness and organization. We foster an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and encourage you to seek personal developmental opportunities.
