About the Role
The Sales Executive, Surgical serves as the professional face of KARL STORZ within the greater Phoenix, AZ area and its surrounding territories. This field-based position is dedicated to driving sales growth across key surgical specialties, including Laparoscopy, Arthroscopy, CV/Thoracoscopy, Video Imaging, and OR1 Integration.
In this role, you will cultivate strong clinical and administrative relationships with nurses, physicians, sterile processing teams, and supply chain decision-makers. Beyond meeting sales quotas, the position focuses on delivering consultative sales experiences, providing post-sale training to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining a keen awareness of competitive trends. You will be responsible for developing annual sales plans, managing product demonstrations, and supporting the field training of new team members when needed.
Location & Requirements
Candidates must reside locally in or close to the Phoenix, AZ area. This position offers a comprehensive compensation package including a guaranteed base, commission, bonus, and full benefits. The role involves travel up to 100% within the assigned territory and requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, with assistance available when needed.
