The Store Manager leads Mattress Firm's vision and Company Initiatives, achieving sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising across multiple store units. This role drives selling programs, manages related KPI results, and supports the omni-channel experience. As an effective coach, the Store Manager develops associates' skills and performance, fostering a collaborative and motivated team dedicated to achieving success. The ideal candidate ensures teams always put the customer at the center and creates a compelling, engaging environment for the team.
