About the Role

This position is for a Store Manager who leads Mattress Firm's vision and company initiatives across multiple store units. As a leader, you will ensure teams always put the customer at the center while creating a compelling and engaging environment for team members. This isn't a typical retail job; it is an opportunity to achieve your financial dreams through uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match while driving sales performance and omni-channel experiences.

In this role, you will act as an effective coach, developing associates' skills and fostering a collaborative, motivated team dedicated to success. You will conduct one-on-one meetings to understand your team's motivations and personal aspirations, developing a comprehensive team "bio book" that evolves with your team. You will also lead new hire onboarding with 30-60-90-day check-ins to discuss progress and opportunities.
