As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will assist in providing our Owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories.
The Role
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Owners, answering questions regarding property use and location amenities while making tailored recommendations based on discovery. Your day will involve following up on referrals, fulfilling requests for pricing and portfolio information, and contacting Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals. You will also maintain detailed records to support effective follow-up strategies.
Beyond sales, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and interacting professionally with colleagues and visitors. You will contribute to team goals while strictly adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Hiring Process & Requirements
To become a Sales Executive Trainee, candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements. An active and in good standing professional Real Estate License is required where mandated by law, and one year of related experience is preferred.
