Join our sales distribution team to drive the success of our organization by transforming prospective owners into loyal members. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, guiding individuals through the entire journey from initial inquiry to contract completion and beyond. Your mission is to tailor the sales experience to the unique needs and preferences of each potential owner, ensuring they feel understood and valued throughout the process.
You will build and maintain strong relationships by actively soliciting referrals, following up on leads, and monitoring owner satisfaction to uncover future business opportunities such as reloads and additional sales. Whether conducting in-person tours, facilitating virtual experiences, or managing complex contract paperwork, you will be the face of our brand, fostering trust and rapport with every guest you meet.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of consultative selling and relationship management. You will prepare for daily appointments by reviewing owner histories and presentation details, then engage prospective owners with customized sales presentations and property tours. Using a consultative approach, you will discover their vacation needs and advocate for the right ownership options, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and financing possibilities.
Beyond the initial sale, your role extends to providing exceptional service. You will answer questions regarding property amenities, maintenance, and construction, while leveraging resources like Vacation Ownership Advisors to resolve inquiries. You will also monitor contract processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness, minimizing rescission risks and ensuring a smooth closing experience. Success in this position requires adaptability, as you will work weekends and holidays to meet business needs and participate in daily team huddles and training sessions.
We are currently offering a competitive hourly rate of $32.50 plus commission, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates with at least one year of recent timeshare sales experience.
