Sales Executive Team Leader — East Honolulu, HI at

About the Role

This position serves as a vital support pillar for our sales distribution site, bridging the gap between prospective owners and the final purchase. You will play a key role in converting leads into owners and driving future business through reloads and referrals. Acting as a partner to Sales Executives, you will step in to perform sales closings when executives are not licensed to do so or during specific take-over processes. Your day-to-day involves tailoring the sales experience to individual needs, guiding prospects through the contract process with precision, and ensuring all legal documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Beyond the transaction, you are responsible for nurturing long-term relationships. This includes monitoring owner satisfaction, addressing inquiries about property amenities and servicing, and identifying opportunities for future engagement. You will also act as a mentor, providing regular coaching, feedback, and training to less experienced Sales Executives to help them refine their sales strategies, scripts, and presentation skills.
