About the Opportunity

Join Marriott Vacations Worldwide as a Sales professional dedicated to helping prospective owners discover the freedom of vacation ownership. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and owners, guiding them through a consultative sales process that transforms interest into lasting relationships. Your mission is to effectively convert prospects into purchasers while ensuring a seamless experience from the initial tour to the final contract signing.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will not only sell a product but also build a community, fostering trust with owners to encourage future reloads, referrals, and continued satisfaction with the organization.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales distribution site, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust customer base. Your day-to-day involves conducting property tours, delivering customized sales presentations, and answering detailed questions regarding amenities, locations, and ownership benefits. You will leverage your bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese to connect with a diverse range of clients, ensuring that every interaction is personalized to their specific needs and preferences.

Beyond the initial sale, your role extends to nurturing long-term relationships. You will monitor owner satisfaction, keep clients informed about upcoming promotions, and proactively identify opportunities for upgrades or additional sales. By managing the contract processing workflow and ensuring all legal documents are completed accurately and timely, you play a critical part in minimizing cancellations and ensuring a smooth closing experience.

Hiring Process & Application

We are currently offering a competitive sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified candidates with recent sales experience in the timeshare industry. This bonus is structured as $5,000 upon successful completion of 45 days of employment and the remaining $5,000 after six months, provided you remain an active employee at the time of payout.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and hold an active Hawaii Real Estate License where mandated by law. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required. While one year of related experience is preferred, we are looking for individuals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
