The Learning & Development Manager serves as an operational partner dedicated to elevating service execution and leadership capability across the property. This role is highly visible and deeply embedded in day-to-day operations, working side-by-side with leaders and frontline teams. The core mission is to coach in real time, reinforce service standards, and translate Auberge's brand programs into daily behaviors that shape the guest experience.
In this position, you will spend significant time in the operation observing, coaching, and elevating service delivery. You will partner with various departments to identify gaps and drive performance improvement, translating guest feedback (NPS), engagement data, and operational metrics into actionable learning. A key part of the role involves delivering Auberge core programs—such as CIRCLE, Heartfelt Service, and Service Recovery—with consistency and energy, ensuring that all learning reflects both brand standards and the Soul of the Place.
Beyond direct training, you will reinforce learning through daily touchpoints and ongoing development. You will coach leaders to strengthen their ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable, while embedding Auberge Promises & Practices into hiring, coaching, and feedback conversations. Ultimately, this role supports engagement, retention, and internal growth across the property by facilitating leadership development programs like the Leadership Training Series, MDP, Certified Trainer, and LinkedIn Learning.
