We are seeking exceptional sales performers to join our team and sell our business growth products to decision-makers in the US. This role is designed for those who thrive as underdogs, living to displace competition by delivering undeniable business value. You will orchestrate custom solutions for C-level executives and willful business owners, building strong, long-lasting, and profitable relationships.
As a dedicated sales professional, you will be motivated by both the journey of discovery and the ultimate win. You will act as a forward-thinking social seller, communicating effectively across every medium to help prospects take action and solve their problems. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working without supervision while leveraging team support, with the flexibility to travel occasionally.
We offer a performance-driven environment with no cap on earnings. The Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $85,000 to $125,000. We value a culture of continuous development, where you are encouraged to be coached and grow alongside a high-performing team.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must demonstrate recent prior sales earnings of at least $80,000 in a variable compensation plan. While experience in business process product sales, Fintech, commercial broadband, PEO, payroll, or recruiting is helpful, it is not required. We are looking for individuals who are eligible to work for a US employer and possess a proven track record of selling high-ticket products in competitive markets with short sales cycles.
