Our compensation structure includes a competitive base salary paired with top-tier bonus and incentive plans, including uncapped monthly commissions. High performers in this role often see earnings surpass $145,000.

Advertising or media experience. Experience prospecting new business and building client relationships through consultative, solutions-oriented selling. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and influence decision-makers. Experience selling complex or customizable solutions.
