Advertising or media experience. Experience prospecting new business and building client relationships through consultative, solutions-oriented selling. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and influence decision-makers. Experience selling complex or customizable solutions. Strong curiosity, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast-changing, performance-driven environment. Comfort working in a hybrid environment with 3 or more in-office collaboration days per week. Industry certifications and/or relevant sales certifications.
