About the Role

This is a commission-based sales position designed for driven individuals who want to build a legacy. You will work with warm leads from families who have specifically requested coverage, meeting with them virtually to design policies that fit their unique needs. There is no cold calling, no scam calls, and no rigid quotas or deadlines.

The role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to work part-time (15-20 hours) or full-time (30-35 hours) from your home. Beyond individual success, there is a clear path to agency ownership. Agents can build their own teams and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency, creating a system-driven income and passive revenue stream.
